Henry Moore Yellow Hominy Corn is an authentic South Carolina–grown hominy corn, bred over 150 years ago. Fairmont Washington, D.C. soaks it in lime water overnight then simmers it for about 5 hours before straining and rinsing. The flavor and aroma is amazing, like taco chips, but with a lightly chewy texture. We serve it in a Succotash with green beans and roasted butternut squash.
