For our tea loving guests, we have created the ultimate welcome amenity or “amenitea”. Guests will receive a porcelain tea pot in their room with a tea cup, authentically local honey pot and tea of the month, carefully selected by our tea sommeliers. Each tea will be accompanied by a tasting note card with information on the tea and a plate of our famous, Earl Grey short bread cookies. Our Earl Grey short bread cookies are made with our Fairmont organic Earl Grey tea. The aromatic bergamot orange character blends in perfect harmony with a flavours high grown Ceylon. The citrus notes lead to a long finish.
