Introducing
In 2015, it was the first time that we hand selected top Fairmont bartenders from around the world to ideate and perfect cocktails, together. In 2019, it was time to refresh. So we did it again. As in the past, the results are amazing – unearthing a new level of quality and craftsmanship.
